These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DataCodingHub (the "Service"), operated at datacodinghub.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
The Service lets you submit PySpark, Python, and SQL code that is executed in a sandboxed environment to check it against expected output. You retain ownership of any original code you write, but you may not submit code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
Certain features are only available to paying subscribers ("Practice Pro"). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.
All payments for Practice Pro are final. Once premium access has been granted for a billing period, we do not offer refunds for that period, including in cases of partial use or early cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@datacodinghub.com and we will review it.
All questions, tutorials, blog content, and platform design are the property of DataCodingHub and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will prepare you for any specific job interview outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataCodingHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
